This fully wheelchair accessible house is in the Spanish Style to blend in with local architecture.  No step entries are found at all exterior doors and are typically protected from the elements by porches or large roof overhangs.  The property has wheelchair accessible sidewalks leading to all exterior doors and an accessible swimming pool.  The garage has an extra bay and oversized doors to accommodate a full size van with wheelchair lift. The interior of the house features one-story living, wide hallways, doors and doorways, smooth transitions at floor surface changes, and a dedicated therapy room.  The accessible bathroom features a roll-under sink with motion activated faucet, a roll-in shower, and a raised bathtub/changing counter made accessible via a ceiling mounted track lift system and Aquatec bath lift.
